Honestly it's cheap and good. Don't come here if your like high maintenance and want ambience. You re here to eat. I give it 4 stars because the are cash only and there are some things that are great value and some not so much. I always get the egg rolls, pho and vermicelli. The portions are big and good quality.

I like the broth of my Beef Pho. Pretty authentic. Good place for late night meal. They charge 50 cents for ice water but free refill. I like it. Next to a few very well known Pho Restaurants so they better be competitive. Edit: I changed from 5 stars to three cause these servers are so conceited. I asked for more water and the waiter pointed to a pitcher containing water and he walked on.

Came here around 1am or 2am with some friends, we all ordered water to drink. When I went to take a drink of water I noticed a bunch of blackish brown stuff on the inside of the glass so I asked the waiter to replace it, he give me a dirty look but brings me back of glass of water. This alone would be fine I mean it is 2am and it's like the only spot open, but that's not where it ends. When we pay he charged us all 50¢ each for the water, which I'm pretty sure is illegal.
